We have incorporated all our available services into an hourly and half hourly rate for patients that have the desire and motivation to resolve their conditions in a timely manner using all available methods. We chose this route because it allows PCG to provide the best care possible for individuals that have new and chronic neuromusculoskeletal issues. Insurance bills per CPT code. PCG has taken all of its CPT codes and included them in an hourly rate rather than bill per CPT code. This is one of the main reasons we stopped accepting insurance (see FAQ on About). It saves you money and it saves us a headache. Hourly and half hourly rates include all CPT codes that you need at presentation rather than CPT codes based on insurance reimbursement guarantees. PCG is here to solve the problem, not create one. Our available services are subject to change based on funding, the best available practices, guidelines, and or clinical experiences. Our revenue drives the practice and its community effort in bringing the best available practices to OKC.

All Encompassing is our way of personalizing care based on your presentation. Most often, patients seek care for a short-term symptomatic resolution. PCG will accept assignment of your short-term symptomatic resolution for cash reimbursement, but one must recognize that the chiropractic adjustment is only efficacious in the short term. Strategies for long term independence are most often needed, and most often or not, these strategies are employed via self-motivational and inspirational strategies to follow adherence to the prescribed plan. We value our reputation at PCG with our dedication to solving your problems, but we must recognize this as a team effort. PCG does not put the onus on you to solve your problem. We are here together, and participation is often needed.
